The 2012 NECPA Awning and Marine Canvas Products Show will once again be held at the MassMutual Center in Springfield, Massachusetts, which continues to prove itself a fantastic venue for this event.

Additional Services	Additional services, other than those provided with your booth fee (see "Booth Equipment" above under "General Information"), such as electrical power, telephone, and Internet service, must be ordered directly from SER. To order SER services, go to serexpo.com. You may order online or download a PDF form to be faxed or mailed to SER. You must have the show ID number and password to access this information. This information will be sent to the email address that you use to register as an exhibitor. Note: All services from SER must be ordered and paid for before January 19, 2012.
Shipping	Advance receiving at the warehouse SER will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials up to 30 days prior to the show set-up date. Direct shipments to exhibit hall SER will receive shipments at the exhibit hall beginning on move-in day only. Earler shipments will be refused. Registration Checklist

To exhibit at the NECPA Expo:

• Select your booth location and size by visiting the exhibitor registration page on this website.

• You may pay for your booth, conference registration, membership dues, and promotional programs online by credit card during booth registration, or send a check to:

• After you register as an exhibitor, we will send your SER Exposition Services Show ID and password to you via the email address that you use to register.
• When you receive your password, visit serexpo.com, log in using your ID and password, obtain your Exhibitor Services Manual, and order any additional services you require. (Note: SER requires a credit card on file in order to order additional services.)
• Ship any advance materials to the SER warehouse location. (See "Exhibitor Services Manual" provided by SER for instructions.)
• Be at the exhibit hall and ready to set up at the specified setup time. (See "Setup" under "General Information" above.)
• Have a great show on Saturday!
• Do NOT teardown until after the show, which closes at 3:00 PM.

Exhibitor Registration

A detailed floor plan is available by clicking here. This floor plan shows who has already signed up and which booth locations are still available. You can reserve and pay for your booth by credit card through this link. You may also reserve your booth online and then pay for it by check. Reserved booths will be held for two weeks to allow time for your check to be received or your credit card to be processed, at which time your reservation will be confirmed.

You may also sign up to give a presentation in the Vendor Workshop area in the center or rear tents. Contact Scott Massey to sign up for these areas.

As an Exhibitor, you must register each of your attendees, either when you reserve your booth or prior to the show. Note that early bird pricing for booths ends on November 12. Early bird pricing for attendees ends on January 14, 2012. After that date, all attendees, including Exhibitors, will be charged the regular rate for all events, including the Expo.
