EXPO 2020- 100 YEARS STRONG

We are very excited to be celebrating 100 years as an organization and have another great conference and expo planned.  Here is the current schedule with more to be added as details are finalized.

Thursday Evening 1/16/2020
Opening Night Presentation with a Pizza and Beer dinner - "Communicating with Customers" from the perspective of two generations by the owners of Robbie's Canvas.

Friday 1/17/2020
A full day of awning and marine seminars and discussions ranging from prospecting and selling strategies and techniques to the latest in marine canvas fabrication methods and an informative, inspiring presentation by the owners of some of our industry's oldest companies.

Friday Evening 1/17/2020
"Dress to Look Your Best"  for a  fabulous Friday evening 100th anniversary celebration at the historic Mechanics Hall in Worcester MA. There will be a sit down, plated dinner and live music throughout the evening.

Saturday 1/18/2020
Expo day will feature over 50 of our industry's leading manufactures and distributors exhibiting their latest and greatest products and services.   Plus live demonstrations under the tent. In addition we will have artifacts, photos and equipment on display provided by NECPA members dating back over 100 years in the NECPA museum area .

What You'll Find

Our Annual Conference and Expo provides a peek into the latest and greatest products and services for the awning and marine canvas industry. Meet over 50 vendors at our Expo and learn the latest techniques and best industry practices during our conference seminar tracks.  The weekend is also filled with many networking events that you'll surely find both entertaining and productive!


Who Should Attend?

Any professional working in or serving the awning and outdoor fabric industry should attend our annual Awning and Marine Canvas Products Show.  Manufacturers, distributors, fabricators, retailers and service providers all attend our conference and expo to see the latest innovations, gain new insights, and connect with business colleagues both old and new.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

NECPA Cancellation policy – Attendees and Exhibitors

Cancellations made before January 4 th will receive a 50% refund to the original debit/credit card used for registration. Notifications should be emailed to president@necpa.org by this date. No refunds of any kind will be given for cancellations made after January 4 th. Cancellations of hotel reservations and/or transportation are the sole responsibility of attendees and/or exhibitors. NECPA is not liable for any charges incurred.
